The program, offered free to participants, connects young professionals with experienced industry leaders for mentorship and direct coaching and supports peer-to-peer exchanges by fostering connections between professionals from across the province. .

the women in auto throttle program will start on March 15and at 10:30 a.m. ET through a virtual conference co-hosted by Isabelle Maréchal, president of Iprod and editor-in-chief of Premieres en affaires, and Ana Marinescu, Senior Director of the Scotiabank Women’s Initiative. Experts from different disciplines will come together to discuss industry issues, including workforce diversity and women in leadership positions. Guest speakers include Sarah HoudeCEO of Propulsion Québec, Robert Poëti, former Minister of Transport and current CEO of the Corporation of Quebec Automobile Dealers (CCAQ), partner of Scotiabank.
