Calling all first time buyers! AIB’s Rate My Home Live virtual event is coming to Belfast

AIB has partnered with an exciting panel of real estate, sustainability and design gurus to provide expert advice for people taking their first steps towards owning their first home.

Rate My Home Live will be broadcast live on Wednesday March 30 at 7 p.m. from the Banana Block Community and Culture Center in Belfast.

It will see renowned architect, Oliver Heath, join local panelists to share practical advice and tips on how energy efficiency in your current or future home can have a positive impact on your health, well-being and your happiness. Oliver, best known for his appearances on DIY SOS and the BBC’s Locker Rooms, now specializes in sustainable design and architecture.

Viewers will be able to ask questions of guests on the night from the comfort of their sofas and together the panel will share tips on what to look for when viewing potential homes, the benefits of energy efficiency and how to do it. make your first home feel like a home.
